Kate is the owner and founder of Quiet Pines Counseling LLC. She specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Her treatment approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
Jennifer Gosnell, M.Ed., LPC,
Jennifer specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Her treatment approach integrates Attachment Theory, Family Systems Therapy, and somatic techniques to help clients strengthen relationships, and foster emotional well-being.
Rebeccah Gray, M.A., LPC
Rebeccah specializes in treating trauma/PTSD, depression/anxiety, and self-esteem issues. She is currently an EMDR trainee and incorporates EMDR therapy into her work with clients under consultation and supervision. Her approach to treatment includes Person-Centered/Humanistic theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support her clients and provide evidenced-based treatment.
Brianna Holl, M.A., CT
Bri specializes in PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and identity exploration issues while cultivating a LGBTQ+ affirming environment. Her treatment approach integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through a Person-Centered lens while placing importance on the mind-body connection.
Genevieve Lavelle, M.A., LPC
Genevieve specializes in treating trauma/PTSD, self-esteem, and identity issues. She is an EMDR trained therapist who also uses approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Narrative therapy, and Gestalt therapies. Genevieve creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore difficult emotions, gain insight, and make lasting changes.
